Full Time RESIDENT ENGINEER - BELAGA Jobs, Salary up to MYR 12,000 in Mirecont Sarawak - Maukerja

Job Description:

- Responsible for the supervision of construction of the project.

- Experience in planning and delivery of construction projects.

- Provide leadership and direction to the Construction Supervision Team which

consists of Engineers and Inspectors of Works.

- Supervise Contractor's performance on the site and to confirm that the works

are being executed in accordance with the programme, the specifications and to

the desired quality. Monitor Quality of Works and arrange for appropriate

rectification works by the Contractor.

- Attend the monthly measurements of works carried out by the Quantity

Surveyor and Contractor.

- Respond to RFWI, RFI, shop drawings, material submission and other

submissions by the Contractor.

- Check and sign-off all construction records prepared by IOW.

- Attend all Technical, CCM, Progress Meeting and other meetings and

discussion required by the Client.

- Involved in the preparation of IAF, CAI and check submission of commercial

submission by the Contractor and QS.

- Ensure compliance of Consultant's PQP and to Construction Drawings.

- Check through drawings and highlight related issues to the Engineer.

- Ensure all works are carried out based on established method statements/procedures and specification.

Requirements:

1. At least a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Board of Engineering (BEM) registered or its equivalent.

2. Minimum 10 years working experience in construction industry, well versed in earthworks, drainage, pavement and structural supervision.

3. Familiar with design & build contract administration.

4. Computer literate in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.

5. The applicant must be willing to work in Belaga, Sarawak, ability to work independently and able to work with D&B contractor.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
