Full Time Field Service Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,400 in SNKH SERVICES Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration services in accordance with approved procedures, checklists and service requirements.

• Carry out field service activities safely, efficiently and professionally at customer sites.

• Complete and update PM checklists accurately and maintain good documentation practices.

• Use the designated CRM/ticketing system to update and close service jobs promptly.

• Provide completed checklists and electronic service reports to customers following service activities.

• Maintain service quality and support achievement of the targeted on-time PM completion rate of 95%.

• Communicate service status, issues and follow-up requirements clearly to customers and the Thermo Fisher team.

• Use company-provided tools and test equipment appropriately and maintain them in serviceable condition.

• The scope of work may be subject to change from time to time in accordance with business needs and operational requirements.
