Full Time Head of Commercial SGMY (Retail F-B) Jobs, in Randstad Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are currently supporting a well-established International Brand in hiring Head of Commercial SGMY (Retail F&B) to lead and drive commercial growth, profitability, and operational excellence across Malaysia and Singapore markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement total commercial, value creation, and pricing strategies across Malaysia and Singapore to maximize revenue, COGS, and EBITDA targets.
• Oversee purchasing activities, drive cost-saving initiatives, negotiate vendor terms, and secure rebates, discounts, and promotional funding.
• Direct all marketing, visual merchandising, and menu engineering activities while managing both proprietary and major franchise brand standards across all sites.
• Manage procurement planning, inventory control, warehouse management, and logistics to prevent delays and optimize cost efficiency.
• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and gross margin monitoring, ensuring all promotional discounts and marketing investments are financially viable.
• Lead the Commercial and Procurement teams, partnering closely with senior regional leadership and key external stakeholders, while developing and mentoring the team to drive performance and growth.
  
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within retail F&B environments.
• Strong commercial and business acumen, with proven experience managing multi-brand portfolios across diverse business models.
