Responsibilities
Coordinate with external business contacts and follow up on meetings, invitations and networking opportunities.
Engage with clients, business partners and key contacts on behalf of the CEO, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
Manage the CEO’s social media accounts, plan content and capture relevant business activities or event highlights for personal branding.
Coordinate with relevant parties on appointments, event arrangements and business engagements.
Handle confidential matters, urgent requests and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the CEO.
