Responsibilities
Project Management
Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, deliverables, and action items.
Coordinate project activities across internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and technology partners.
Prepare project reports, presentations, and management updates.
Support budgeting, procurement, resource planning, and project meetings.
Track deliverables and follow up on actions to ensure timely completion.
Technical Coordination
Coordinate with Systems, Network, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering teams.
Apply technical knowledge of
Red Hat OpenShift, F5, and Citrix
.
Support system deployment, integration testing, FAT, SAT, OSAT, and acceptance activities.
Review technical designs, implementation plans, and deployment schedules.
Support troubleshooting and issue resolution across technical domains.
Maintain accurate project and technical documentation.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the key interface between customers, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
Support technical discussions, requirements clarification, and project reviews.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide timely project updates.
Risk, Quality & Deployment
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Monitor project performance against schedules and contractual requirements.
Ensure compliance with quality, cybersecurity, and organizational standards.
Support local and overseas deployments, site implementation, cutover, and deployment readiness.
Requirements
Experience in
Project Management, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Systems Integration
.
Experience supporting infrastructure, network, software, or IT system implementation projects.
Knowledge of one or more areas such as
systems integration, network infrastructure, virtualization, cybersecurity, cloud, Kubernetes/OpenShift, or enterprise IT infrastructure
.
Experience in government, defence, aerospace, critical infrastructure, or large enterprise projects is advantageous.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
PMP, CCNA, RHCSA, or relevant certifications
are advantageous.
