Responsibilities
About the role
You will support daily administrative operations by managing documents, coordinating tasks, assisting with data entry and basic accounts duties, liaising with staff and clients, and providing general support to management and the team.
Key responsibilities
Organize and maintain company documents, records and files to ensure easy retrieval
Perform accurate data entry, filing and document preparation to support daily administrative operations
Coordinate administrative tasks and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion
Assist with basic accounts-related administrative tasks and maintain related documents
Prepare and issue quotations, invoices and other billing documents
Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment status
Maintain proper records
Communicate with internal staff, clients and external parties to facilitate information flow and address queries
Provide general administrative support to management and the team
Manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
Perform any other ad hoc accounting duties and assignments as assigned by management
About you
Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent
Minimum 3 - 5 years of accounting administrative experience
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
