I’m Hiring: AI Engineer

I’m currently assisting a client in finding a talented AI Engineer to join their team and develop scalable, reliable AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs to improve performance, quality, and reliability.
• Build automated AI pipelines for model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop LLM-based applications and integrate AI solutions with backend systems through REST APIs.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embedding pipelines, and vector database solutions.
• Build scalable AI architectures and optimize GPU utilization, cloud infrastructure, and operational costs.
• Monitor AI advancements and apply relevant technologies to improve existing solutions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with LLMs, NLP, semantic models, or AI application development.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and backend integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of scalable data architectures and distributed computing technologies, such as Apache Spark.
• Experience in LLM evaluation, fine-tuning, and identifying model failure modes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or similar providers.
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems, vector databases, and embedding pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with GPU orchestration and cloud cost optimization.

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
