Full Time Warehouse Assistant (Fresh Graduate are Welcome) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Adhes Packaging Technology (Malaysia) Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP system.
• Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments (e.g., delivery notes, GRNs, invoices).
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in conducting regular physical stock audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in the warehouse.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage for space utilization and workflow efficiency.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff and laborers as needed.
• Generate and maintain reports related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse KPIs.
• Resolve issues related to damaged goods, order discrepancies, or delivery delays.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and logistics operations.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• SPM or above. Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (fresh graduate are welcome).
• Certification in warehouse management (preferred but not mandatory).
• Able to work in our factory in Pulau Indah, Port Klang.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
