Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud & Identity Security Specialist to review, assess, prioritize, and remediate identity and cloud security risks across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 security, AWS cloud security, and data loss prevention (DLP).

The role level (L2–L3) will depend on the candidate's technical expertise in IAM, cloud security, and security architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct identity and access reviews to identify security gaps, excessive privileges, and access risks.
• Review and manage privileged accounts, including privileged access controls and governance.
• Assess and strengthen MFA, password policies, and Conditional Access policies.
• Review SAML, Single Sign-On (SSO), and identity federation configurations and governance.
• Assess and improve the security posture of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory environments.
• Review AWS cloud security posture, configurations, access permissions, and potential security risks.
• Manage and improve Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and controls.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize security vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and exposure risks.
• Implement remediation measures and track security findings through closure.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, IAM, and security teams to improve security controls and compliance.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in IAM, cloud security, identity governance, or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 security.
• Strong knowledge of privileged account management, MFA, Conditional Access, password policies, SAML, and SSO.
• Experience assessing AWS cloud security posture and identifying misconfigurations.
• Familiarity with DLP management, security reviews, risk prioritization, and remediation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IAM or cloud security architecture.
• Exposure to security posture assessment tools and identity governance solutions.
• Experience handling L2–L3 security incidents, technical escalations, and remediation activities.

Important: Candidates with stronger IAM, cloud security, and security architecture expertise may be considered for L3 responsibilities, while candidates with solid operational and troubleshooting experience may be considered for L2.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
