Key Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical point of contact for clients and independently manage client discussions.
• Gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and propose scalable technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Lead solutioning and product design activities.
• Coordinate between Backend, Frontend, Design, and Product Development teams.
• Plan and manage frontend-related development projects and deliverables.
• Design, implement, and maintain backend systems.
• Develop and maintain applications using NodeJS and ReactJS.
• Design and develop cloud-based solutions using AWS.
• Work hands-on with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and Cognito.
• Participate in architecture and technical discussions.
• Ensure alignment across teams throughout development sprints.
• Support technical troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.
• Ensure solutions meet business, technical, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Work closely with Product and Business teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 7–8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in NodeJS.
• Strong experience with ReactJS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, especially:
• AWS Lambda
• DynamoDB
• Cognito
• Proven experience in solution design and technical architecture.
• Strong experience gathering and analysing client requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to independently handle client-facing discussions.
• Experience leading or coordinating technical teams.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of technical decisions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
