• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay

• Handle guest enquiries through front desk, phone and online channels

• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and building operations

• Maintain accurate operational records and reports

• Resolve guest issues and escalate matters when required

• Support the team in delivering a smooth and memorable guest experience
