Job Description:

Develop and execute regional business development and market expansion strategies.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities.

Manage sales pipelines, customer acquisition activities and commercial targets.

Coordinate with internal teams including operations, marketing, product, compliance and PR.

Manage key stakeholders and support client relationship management.

Monitor regional business performance and prepare management reports.

Lead and coordinate business development teams to achieve growth objectives.

Support country-specific strategies and go-to-market initiatives.

Track market trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Coordinate day-to-day regional operations and follow up on business development activities.

Requirements:

Experience in business development, regional strategy, market expansion or commercial operations.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience coordinating or leading cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.

Candidates with regional or international market exposure are preferred.
