Job Summary

You will prepare ingredients, operate kitchen equipment, assemble food orders, serve customers, manage inventory, and maintain cleanliness and food safety in a fast-paced kitchen environment at Bukit Panjang Plaza.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, portioning, and cooking according to recipes and SOPs
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, rice cookers, and stoves safely and efficiently
• Assemble salad bowls and food orders accurately during serving hours
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently over the counter in a fast-paced setting
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and receiving deliveries
• Track, reconcile, and verify daily sales reports and sales orders for accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Assist with general kitchen duties as required, including stock replenishment and delivery handling

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate Level 1
• Minimum 1 year of kitchen or food preparation experience
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays

• Flexible shifts of 6 to 12 hours
