As a Workplace Experience Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Serve as the first point of contact for members, guests, visitors and prospective clients.
Deliver a welcoming, professional and high-quality experience to members and visitors.
Ensure daily workspace operations run smoothly and identify operational or maintenance issues.
Manage walk-ins, schedule workspace tours and support prospective clients throughout their visit.
Handle member enquiries and concerns, resolving issues or escalating them to management when required.
Manage pantry operations, consumables, access cards and general workplace supplies.
Liaise with vendors, building management and internal teams on IT, engineering, housekeeping and other operational matters.
Handle walk-in leads, conduct workspace tours and identify opportunities to support membership conversion.
Support initiatives, communications and activities that foster connections and engagement among members.
Assist with planning, setup and execution of member events, including F&B coordination and on-site support.
Requirements
:
Minimum a Diploma with a minimum 2 years of work experiences in front office or guest relations.
