Full Time Business System Manager Jobs, in ELK-Desa Resources Berhad Federal Territory - Maukerja

Managed the management, governance and continuous improvement of the company's business application systems, ensuring system reliability, data integrity and operational efficiency. Work closely with business stakeholders, vendors and the Digital Transformation Team to support system modernisation, integration and successful implementation of new solutions.

• Systems Strategy: Develop the systems roadmap, identify enhancement opportunities and lead system modernisation initiatives.
• Application Management: Oversee business applications, including core financial, lending, collections and operational systems, ensuring stability, performance and effective issue resolution.
• Project & Change Management: Translate business requirements into system solutions and oversee enhancements, testing, deployment and change controls.
• Data & Integration: Ensure data quality, integrity and effective integration across business systems and reporting platforms.
• Digital Transformation: Collaborate with the Digital Transformation Team on system impact assessments, integration, implementation and transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Testing & User Readiness: Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution and go-live readiness.
• Vendor & Team Management: Manage system vendors, lead the systems team and ensure effective knowledge management, documentation and operational support.
  

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in systems management, application management, project management or technology delivery.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Experience managing core financial, lending, collections or other business-critical systems.
• Strong knowledge of system integration, data management, testing, project delivery and vendor management.
• Experience in financial services or the hire-purchase industry will be an advantage.
