Full Time Senior Executive, Risk Management Unit Jobs, in Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad (PUNB) Federal Territory - Maukerja

PUNB is looking for an analytical and driven Senior Executive, Risk Management to strengthen our risk management practices and support sound, sustainable financing decisions.

You will work across enterprise risk management, credit risk, portfolio monitoring and financial risk modelling, providing meaningful insights that support Management's decision-making.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS / MAJOR ACTIVITIES OF THE JOB

• Perform MFRS 9 Expected Credit Loss (ECL) model validation, back testing and performance monitoring.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including risk identification, assessment and monitoring.
• Monitor Credit Risk Rating (CRR) models and financing portfolio performance, including risk scorecards and early warning signals.
• Evaluate Breakeven Point (BEP) performance models to support financing decisions and portfolio sustainability.
• Prepare clear and insightful risk reports, portfolio analyses and management presentations for Management, risk committees and relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct research and analysis on emerging risks, economic developments and portfolio trends to strengthen risk-based decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in risk management, audit, financial governance or a related function.
• Good working knowledge of ERM, credit risk assessment, MFRS 9/ECL and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications such as FRM, CRM, CIA, ISO 31000 Lead Auditor, AICB or CeIO would be an added advantage.
