Salary Range: SGD 3,500 – SGD 4,900 per month

Job Description

• Plan, organize and supervise a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance works.
• Investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their causes and prevent future occurrences.
• Supervise upgrading projects and routine maintenance.
• Carry out regular inspections of facilities and systems to ensure their functionality and reliability.
• Ensure contractors carry out works in accordance with contract requirements, including evaluation of contractors' performance and review of contract specifications.
• Communicate effectively in English (both spoken and written) and establish good working rapport with stakeholders.
• Follow up with term contractors on defect rectification after servicing work.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Building Maintenance/Facilities/Mechanical/Electrical/Real Estate Management/Civil/Structural with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Prior working experience in government projects is preferred.
• Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification and hands-on experience will be preferred.
• Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice.
• Singapore Citizens only

Work Location

Islandwide, Singapore – Work location may be assigned anywhere in Singapore depending on project requirements.
