METRO RAIL ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE LTD (MRES) specializes in engineering services for railway and infrastructure sectors, offering project management, design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of high and medium voltage power supply systems and related subsystems.
Job Summary
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, policy development, compensation, performance management, and compliance to support organizational growth and workforce effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Source, shortlist, and select candidates to meet manpower schedules and offer employment to suitable hires
Plan and execute talent outreach and engagement activities to attract potential candidates and enhance employee experience
Manage employee disciplinary and grievance cases to ensure fair and consistent resolution
Respond to staff enquiries and communicate HR policies and procedures promptly to all employees
Develop and implement company HR policies aligned with organizational goals
Analyze, develop, and implement compensation and benefits programs to support employee retention
Conduct performance appraisals, manage increments, promotions, and implement employee retention strategies
Administer work pass applications, joining formalities, and conduct new employee orientation sessions
Audit employee personal files regularly to ensure accurate and compliant record-keeping
Prepare and verify monthly payroll reports prior to salary disbursement
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes according to company policies
Collaborate with project teams to coordinate employee training arrangements
Perform additional duties as assigned to support HR operations and organizational needs
METRO RAIL ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE LTD (MRES) is an engineering services company formed from a core team of experienced installation and testing & commissioning personnel with 15 years of Singapore Power Supply System for Rail Transportation and Infrastructure development sectors.
We provide comprehensive specialist services to Railway and Infrastructure development sectors from Project Management, Design, Installation, Testing & Commissioning and Maintenance for the following sub-systems;
High Voltage Power Supply
Conductor Rail - 3rd Rail
OHE/ ROCS
Rolling Stock Maintenance
Our core competency areas are High Voltage & Medium Voltage Power Supply systems which includes 22kV AC, 33kV AC, 750V DC, Stinger Rail, Railway Safety System PLC/ SCADA and Auxiliary Equipments.
SERVICES
We provide the following Project Management services to High Voltage Power Supply, Conductor Rail - 3rd Rail, OHE/ ROCS and Rolling Stock Maintenance. From start to finish, or provide specialist support for individual phases of the project.
