Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to drive project success
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven experience managing onsite and offshore teams
Strong background in investment banking with understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
