About the role

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist to manage and execute marketing campaigns across Social platforms. You will work closely with KOLs/content creators to ensure campaign deliverables are aligned with brand expectations and performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop trending content ideation and campaign concepts for influencer collaborations
• Prepare detailed product campaign and content briefs for KOLs/content creators
• Coordinate and manage influencer campaign timelines and deliverables
• Collect and organize content drafts from influencers
• Review and check drafts to ensure content meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Stay updated with TikTok and Instagram trends to improve campaign performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations or related fields
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or KOL Management
• Strong understanding of TikTok content trends
• Experience managing influencer campaigns from briefing to posting
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Familiar with content performance metrics and reporting
• Experience in beauty/skincare industry is an added advantage
