Job Responsibilities

• Plan and organise training programmes for staff across haemodialysis centres.
• Identify staff training needs and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the Clinical Team to improve staff knowledge and skills.
• Ensure staff complete required training and maintain proper training records.
• Develop programmes to improve staff performance, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Monitor training progress and prepare reports for Management.
• Manage training budgets and coordinate with external training providers.
• Support staff career development and continuous learning.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Education, or related fields.
• Experience in training, staff development, or healthcare management.
• Experience in a healthcare or haemodialysis setting is an advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Able to plan and manage training programmes independently.
• Willing to travel to different haemodialysis centres when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
