Full Time SENIOR EXECUTIVE (PIPELINE) Jobs, in Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad (PAAB) Federal Territory - Maukerja

Main responsibilities:

To check and review design works prepared by consultants/implementing agents for approved projects under PAAB.

Tasks:

1. Check and review pipeline designs prepared by consultants/implementing agents.

2. Provide technical support related to engineering matters for projects, including project evaluation, detailed studies, detailed design and tender stages.

3. Ensure that design works prepared by consultants/implementing agents comply with the appropriate standards and regulatory requirements.

4. Review all technical documents submitted by consultants/implementing agents, including technical reports, specifications, design drawings, tender documents and other project-related documents from the design stage through to the tender stage.

5. Assist in project coordination activities.

6. Assist in providing technical input to other departments, divisions and companies on matters related to engineering design, where required.

7. Assist in developing relevant technical documents, where required.

8. Assist in reviewing the performance assessment of consultants from the design stage through to the tender stage.

9. Attend and prepare for meetings.

10. Assist in preparing reports and documentation for all projects assigned from the design stage through to the tender stage.

11. Perform other duties related to the above responsibilities as instructed by Management and/or the immediate Superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent;
• At least 5 years’ experience in Waterworks or similar nature;
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite including MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is required;
• Excellent report writing and presentation are essential;
• The candidate should be creative and energetic;
• Being self-motivated, analytical, resourceful and having strong integrity are important qualities; and
• A good working attitude and willingness to travel are expected.
