Full Time Logistics Specialist Jobs, in Ichor Systems, Inc. Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Logistics team in Malaysia and support efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations. In this role, you will oversee receiving, inventory control, material issuance, warehouse personnel, and coordination with internal teams and 3PL providers. Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound material receiving activities and ensure materials, quantities, conditions, and documentation are accurate and complete.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by monitoring receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, stock levels, and physical inventory counts.
• Coordinate timely material issuance to production and work closely with Planning and Purchasing to prevent material shortages.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, allocate resources, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with safety, company, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, suppliers, and 3PL providers on material returns, replacements, storage, retrieval, and inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, receiving turnaround time, picking accuracy, stock discrepancies, and on-time material delivery.
• Investigate inventory and operational issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement through 5S and effective warehouse practices.
• Maintain compliance with FIFO/FEFO, QMS procedures, inventory controls, safety requirements, and applicable statutory or regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow and efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, material handling, and stock reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis/visualization.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy, safety, quality, and operational discipline.

Preferred Requirement

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, QMS procedures, 5S, FIFO/FEFO, physical stock audits, and 3PL warehouse management.
