Japanese -Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
Work Arrangement: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will be a native Japanese speaker with good English communication skills and experience in sales or a related customer-facing environment.

Candidates with different types of sales experience are welcome, provided they have strong communication skills and an interest in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales activities and support business growth initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking customers and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support digital marketing activities and promotional initiatives.
• Identify potential business opportunities and contribute to lead generation.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and marketing objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Support other sales and digital marketing initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Native Japanese speaker.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Any type of sales experience will be considered.
• Experience or interest in digital marketing is an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and professional environment.
• Willing to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM at KL Sentral.

Compensation

RM 9,800 – RM 10,700 per month

Relocation / Work Arrangement for Japan-Based Candidates

Company: Concentrix
Candidates currently based in Japan may be considered.

The selected candidate may start remotely from Japan while the Employment Pass (EP) is being processed, subject to company requirements and applicable regulations.

The expected joining timeline is end of October/Starting November, depending on the candidate's availability and EP processing.
