Role Description

We are looking for a proactive Sales Promoter to represent our home appliances and electrical product range at selected retail outlets. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers, has an interest in product sales, and can provide helpful recommendations to support customers throughout their buying journey.

Key Duties

• Introduce the available product range to shoppers and highlight relevant features and benefits.
• Identify customer preferences and recommend suitable appliances based on their needs and budget.
• Explain product functions, technical specifications, pricing, warranty information, and ongoing promotions.
• Assist customers in comparing different models to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Build customer confidence through product demonstrations and professional sales assistance.
• Strive to meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the outlet's overall sales results.
• Ensure product displays are neat, properly arranged, and supplied with accurate price information.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with outlet staff to address product availability.
• Stay updated on product launches, promotional activities, and competing brands.
• Maintain sales records and report performance, customer feedback, and outlet-related concerns to the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous exposure to retail, sales, or promoter work is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and the confidence to interact with walk-in customers.
• Able to explain product information in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
• Interested in learning about home appliances and electrical products.
• Sales-minded, motivated, and willing to work towards performance targets.
• Demonstrates responsibility, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
• Able to cooperate with retail outlet staff and follow assigned work procedures.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
