We are looking for Full-time Clinic Assistant/Senior Clinic Assistants for our My Family Clinic branch:

What You'll be Doing

Perform daily operational duties at outpatient Clinic.
Registration of patients and provide frontline customer service.
Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines.
Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
Operate Clinic Management System.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor/Doctor.

What We Are Looking for

Preferably Entry Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
Prior experience in outpatient GP clinic operations preferred.
Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements for Clinic will be an added advantage.
Computer literacy.
Comfortable with Shift work based on Clinic operation hours.
