Project Engineer (LTAProject)
Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to plan, coordinate, and execute construction activities on site, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives
Monitor and enforce compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations to maintain high work standards
Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitoring sessions to provide timely updates on work progress and address issues proactively
Oversee daily construction operations to ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, promoting a safe work environment
Coordinate site logistics, including scheduling material deliveries and allocating equipment, to optimize workflow efficiency
Assist in tracking project budgets and monitor cost-related matters to support financial control and project profitability
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery
Ensure site safety by enforcing proper execution of site work procedures and safety protocols
Required competencies and certifications
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
