Full Time System Developer (Actimize) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 8,000 in LINK COMPLIANCE PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are representing an established international private banking institution in Singapore in the search for a Compliance System Developer (Actimize)

The role is based in Singapore and requires 5 days of on-site work per week, with no work-from-home arrangement.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance compliance systems and applications through troubleshooting, bug fixing, code improvements, and release deployment.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, business analysts, and project managers to deliver effective system solutions that meet business and operational requirements.

• Design and implement technical enhancements and automation to improve system performance, operational efficiency, and security.

• Provide technical support and application maintenance for critical compliance systems, ensuring system stability, reliability, and optimal performance.

• Manage application incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive measures to minimise recurring issues.

• Support application releases, deployment activities, and change management processes in accordance with established IT service management and DevOps practices.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent technical qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, Application Development, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in application development, application management, system maintenance, and software release processes.

• Proficiency in Java and related technologies.

• Good understanding of ITIL practices, DevOps principles, and application lifecycle management.

• Experience with compliance systems or financial crime applications is advantageous. Familiarity with NICE Actimize or similar platforms would be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of application monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace is preferred.

• Understanding of compliance processes within the financial services industry is an advantage.

• Experience working with SAFe, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional teams is highly valued.

• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
