We’re Hiring: Customer Success Executive

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual who enjoys building client relationships and supporting business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage relationships with corporate and individual clients
• Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups and escalations
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses and services
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Generate leads and referrals
• Prepare quotations and proposals
• Follow up on leads and business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales records
• Track account activities and client retention

What We’re Looking For:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organised and customer-focused
• Good relationship-building and follow-up skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales, account management or customer success experience is an advantage
