Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):

• Minimum 1 year experience in vendor and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Tendering

• Manage end-to-end sourcing process (RFQ, RFP, tender) for goods and services across business units.

• Prepare sourcing documents including scope of work, pricing templates, and evaluation criteria.

• Conduct commercial evaluations and support technical evaluations with stakeholders.

• Ensure sourcing activities comply with internal procurement policies and governance requirements.

Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend suitable vendors based on capability, cost, and compliance.

• Maintain approved vendor list and sourcing database. • Support vendor onboarding and due diligence processes.

• Manage vendor performance and resolve commercial issues where required. Cost & Commercial Management

• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions to achieve cost savings and value for money.

• Prepare cost comparison and recommendation papers for approvals.

• Support contract award and purchase order issuance.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with business units to understand sourcing requirements and timelines.

• Provide procurement advisory support on sourcing strategy and market options.

• Ensure early engagement for planned procurement activities.

Governance & Reporting

• Ensure all sourcing activities are properly documented and auditable.

• Prepare management reports on sourcing volume, turnaround time, and savings achieved.

• Support audits and management reviews when required.
