Full Time Operations Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in DIRECT SEARCH ASIA PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute regular ship position and voyage updates
• Monitor vessel operations to ensure voyages are conducted efficiently while maintaining cost effectiveness
• Coordinate daily operational activities and liaise with clients, service providers, agents, and other external parties to support smooth commercial operations
• Keep clients informed of vessel activities, personnel movements, fleet updates, and other relevant operational changes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations coordination within the logistics, maritime, or shipping industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Previous experience in ship or vessel operations will be an added advantage
• Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
• Willingness to manage the department’s shift phone and work on weekends when required
