Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, schedules, and documentation.
• Prepare and manage authority submissions and project-related documentation.
• Coordinate traffic diversion, traffic management, roadworks, and infrastructure activities.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare, review, and update AutoCAD drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate technical matters and resolve issues across project teams.
• Track project progress, approvals, submissions, and key deliverables.
• Attend meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on project action items.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or other related courses.
