Contract: Until 31 March 2027
Salary: $3,600–$4,300/month
Location: Jurong East / West Govt Healthcare
Working Hours: Office Hours

Job Scope:

• Prepare monthly operational reports and update data dashboards
• Extract, compile and verify healthcare operational data
• Support data submissions and maintain accurate records
• Monitor operations trackers and follow up on outstanding tasks
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and record minutes
• Support departmental transition projects, documentation and administrative coordination
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong data reporting, administrative and coordination skills
• Experience in healthcare administration, operations or reporting is an advantage
• Able to commit until 31 March 2027
