Full Time Real Estate - Property Research Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Laurelcap Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

- Conduct research on the real estate and property market, including residential, commercial, industrial and other property sectors.

- Collect and analyse property market data such as property prices, rental rates, transaction trends, supply and demand, and new project launches.

- Monitor property developments, market trends, economic conditions and industry movements that may affect the real estate market.

- Conduct primary and secondary research, including site visits, market surveys, interviews and desktop research.

- Prepare property market reports, market studies, feasibility studies and presentations.

- Analyse and interpret data to identify market trends, opportunities and risks.

- Maintain and update internal property databases and market information.

- Research and compile information on property projects, developers, locations, competitors and market performance.

- Assist in preparing research materials and reports for clients, developers, investors and internal management.

- Liaise with property industry stakeholders and conduct ad-hoc research assignments when required.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
