HIRING: PRE-SALES MANAGER – CAMPUS NETWORKING

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Basic Salary: RM12,000 – RM18,000 + Attractive Commission

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Manager to lead technical pre-sales activities across Enterprise Networking, Campus Networking, Wireless Infrastructure, Network Automation and Intelligent Network Management.

The role will work closely with enterprise customers, sales teams, technology vendors and implementation partners to design secure, scalable and intelligent networking solutions throughout the complete sales lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, ICT strategies and infrastructure modernisation requirements
• Conduct technical workshops, requirements gathering and solution design sessions
• Design scalable, secure, highly available and resilient network architectures
• Develop technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements
• Design solutions across Campus LAN, Data Center Fabric, Enterprise Wireless, Network Automation, Network Management, Access Control and Analytics
• Lead end-to-end Proof of Concept (PoC) activities, including objectives, testing, deployment and outcome reporting
• Lead technical responses for RFI, RFP, RFQ and tender submissions
• Prepare compliance matrices, solution mapping, technical evaluations and gap analyses
• Support solution sizing, effort estimation and commercial proposals
• Build strong relationships with enterprise customers, channel partners, consultants and system integrators
• Collaborate with technology vendors, distributors and implementation teams
• Support executive-level engagements, strategic account planning and customer workshops

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Networking, Network Infrastructure, Telecommunications or ICT Solutions
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering or Network Consultancy
• Proven experience designing and positioning enterprise networking solutions for medium to large organisations
• Experience across the complete sales lifecycle, including customer discovery, solution design, PoC, proposal development and technical presentations
• Strong hands-on experience with Enterprise LAN, WLAN, Network Management and Network Security technologies
• Experience preparing RFI, RFP, RFQ and competitive tender responses
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
• Experience working with technology vendors, distributors, system integrators and implementation teams
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Malaysia
