Job Summary
We are looking for confident, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our
Events Ambassador Crew
. You will represent the company at various events, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking activities, engaging with potential customers and creating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company professionally at events and promotional activities.
Approach and engage potential customers and business clients.
Introduce and explain our products and services confidently.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate and qualify potential leads through face-to-face interactions.
Build positive relationships with prospects and customers.
Arrange follow-up appointments and meetings with interested prospects.
Support the sales team in converting leads into customers.
Follow up with prospects when required.
Achieve assigned sales, lead generation, and appointment targets.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information.
Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximise event opportunities.
Requirements
Confident, outgoing, and friendly personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
Positive attitude with a strong interest in sales.
Target-driven and motivated to achieve results.
Professional appearance and good presentation skills.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Previous experience in sales, events, promotions, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage but not essential.
