Legal Associate / Foreign Lawyer – Vietnamese Desk
A.W. Law LLC
is looking for a lawyer to join and support our growing
Vietnamese Desk
in Singapore. The successful candidate will work with our lawyers in serving Vietnamese-speaking individuals, businesses and corporate clients, as well as clients with cross-border interests involving Singapore and Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
Support and develop the firm's
Vietnamese Desk
and Vietnam-related legal practice.
Assist Vietnamese-speaking clients with legal matters in Singapore.
Provide legal support on corporate, commercial, employment, dispute resolution and other matters, depending on experience.
Assist with Singapore–Vietnam cross-border matters and coordinate with Vietnamese lawyers, businesses and other professional partners where required.
Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents, correspondence, agreements and other legal materials.
Communicate with Vietnamese-speaking clients and explain legal processes clearly and professionally.
Assist with client relationship management and business development initiatives for the Vietnamese market.
Participate in networking, seminars and other initiatives to develop the firm's presence within the Vietnamese business community in Singapore.
Work closely with the firm's Singapore-qualified lawyers on matters involving
