Based in our Singapore office, you will be responsible for developing tailored immigration proposals and providing exceptional client support throughout their immigration journey. Key responsibilities

· Engage with high net-worth clients to understand their immigration goals and create personalized solutions

· Make appointments and conduct consultations to present immigration proposals

· Closely follow up with clients to address concerns and ensure a smooth decision-making process, aiming to close deals promptly

· Maintain the company's reputation by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

· Stay up-to-date with immigration regulations and programs to provide accurate and timely advice

About you

· A minimum of a Diploma/Degree, with at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a client-facing role

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients

· Quick-thinking and resourceful, able to manage a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment

· Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality service and outcomes

· Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

· Relevant qualifications in immigration or a related field would be an advantage
