Bachelor's Degree or above in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related disciplines.

Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital construction is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.

Strong sense of purpose and a customer-oriented mindset.

Strong self-learning ability and the capacity to solve problems independently.

Proactive, optimistic, and willing to learn.

Proficient in English; basic Mandarin communication skills are an advantage.

Support product demonstration meetings, including technical requirement discussions, product demonstrations, and Q&A sessions.

Provide professional product training to users to ensure they understand and utilise the software effectively.

Monitor product usage among key clients and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Provide project guidance and technical support to key clients based on their business requirements.

Prepare technical materials, presentations, and documentation for product demonstrations and training sessions.

Collaborate with team members to organise and support marketing events and promotional activities.
