Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food and beverage industry.

Demonstrated ability in people management, including training, motivating, and evaluating staff.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.

Excellent team management capabilities to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Experience in incident response and conflict resolution, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with diverse teams and clientele.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business needs.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is essential.

Assist the managers & seniors in overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage outlet, ensuring adherence to service standards and operational efficiency.

Supervise and guide a team of front-line staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Monitor customer satisfaction, actively addressing and resolving guest complaints or concerns with a focus on service recovery and maintaining high service quality.

Support inventory management by assisting with stock takes, receiving deliveries, and ensuring proper storage of food and beverage items to minimize waste and control costs.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting regular checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Collaborate with the Supervisor and other team members to develop and implement strategies for improving service, increasing sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Assist in scheduling staff shifts, managing breaks, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak operating hours.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, performing end-of-shift reconciliations as required.

Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to improve operational processes and team performance.

Respond effectively to unexpected incidents or emergencies, following established protocols and ensuring the safety and well-being of staff and guests.
