Internship for E-Commerce Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,000 in Bakez Grocer Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Operations

• Assist in managing online stores and processing orders through Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Facebook.
• Create, update, and maintain product listings, including descriptions, pricing, images, and stock availability.
• Monitor online orders, inventory levels, and customer enquiries.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic platform and operational issues.

2. Online Order Fulfilment & Customer Service

• Assist with picking, packing, checking, and preparing online orders for delivery or collection.
• Coordinate with logistics partners on delivery arrangements.
• Respond to customer enquiries through online platforms, phone, and in-store channels.
• Assist with customer feedback and after-sales service.

3. Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Assist in creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Capture product photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes.
• Create product highlights, baking tips, short-form videos, Reels, and promotional content.
• Assist with content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and festive promotions.
• Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other content creation software.

4. Retail Operations & Sales Support

• Assist with daily store operations and customer service.
• Support shelf replenishment, merchandising, and product displays.
• Assist with POS transactions and in-store promotions.
• Help customers with enquiries about bakery ingredients, baking tools, packaging, and kitchen essentials.

5. Inventory Management

• Assist with stock receiving, checking, replenishment, and stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight low-stock or fast-moving products.
• Update inventory records and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
• Support FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation and expiry date monitoring.

6. Administration & Reporting

• Assist with invoices, receipts, delivery documents, and packing records.
• Perform data entry and maintain organised operational records.
• Assist in preparing basic sales, inventory, and e-commerce performance reports.

7. Events & Customer Engagement

• Assist with workshops, product demonstrations, sampling activities, and promotional events.
• Support event setup, customer interaction, photography, and content creation.
• Assist with post-event follow-ups and reporting.

8. Team Collaboration & General Support

• Work closely with the Retail, E-Commerce, Inventory, and Marketing teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the store and packing areas.
• Support daily operational activities and undertake other assignments or projects as required by Management.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, Communications, Media, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, content creation, or retail operations.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Creative, proactive, responsible, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn and comfortable working in a hands-on retail environment.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Interest in baking, food products, bakery ingredients, specialty retail, or F&B is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must be able to commute reliably to Cyberjaya, Selangor.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
