Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Language Required: Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Aggressive and fast learner.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
Responsibilities
- Order & Inventory Tracking: Monitor weekly outstanding PO/SO reports, maintain inventory item creation accuracy, and generate monthly stock balance and transfer reports for the Accounts department.
- Shipment & Logistics Coordination: Liaise proactively with suppliers and logistics teams to track International and local shipments, verifying weights, documentation, rates, and HS codes to ensure timely delivery.
- Document Verification: Inspect and verify Purchase Requisitions, POs, Invoices, Delivery Orders, and Packing Lists before routing to Accounts.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Import Operations on payment arrangements, holiday shipments, and stock deliveries.
- Stock Take Management: Participate in monthly stock counts, assist with technical testing/exchanges, and ensure inventory accuracy with store teams.
- Process Improvement & Ad-hoc Support: Review operational SOPs to recommend process improvements and perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
