Role Description The Operations Executive (Night-shift) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. This role oversees nightly transport operations, including monitoring service performance, coordinating drivers and routes, and ensuring all rides run according to schedule and service standards. The Operations Executive responds to real-time issues such as delays, route changes, and passenger inquiries, escalating cases where needed and maintaining clear communication with internal teams. The role involves using operations dashboards and tools to track KPIs, update schedules, and optimize resource allocation throughout the night. The Operations Executive also supports continuous improvement by documenting incidents, suggesting process enhancements, and helping implement standard operating procedures for night operations.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to handle passenger queries, driver interactions, and internal stakeholder updates clearly and calmly.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address real-time issues, prioritize tasks, and maintain service reliability under time pressure.
  • Attention to detail and reliability in following standard operating procedures, documenting incidents, and ensuring compliance with safety and service guidelines.
  • Ability to work night shifts on a consistent basis, with strong time management and personal organization skills.
  • Prior experience in transportation, mobility services, call center, or operations support is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
