Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations to ensuresmooth and efficient running of the store.
- Monitor stock levels, arrange replenishment, andensure products are properly displayed and organized.
- Receive, check, and verify incoming goodsagainst delivery orders and invoices.
- Manage inventory records and conduct regularstock counts.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of storestaff, including assigning duties and monitoring performance.
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy, andwell-organized at all times.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, andcomplaints professionally.
- Monitor pricing, product labels, promotions, andexpiry dates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee cashier operations and ensure accuratehandling of daily sales transactions.
- Prepare daily sales reports, stock reports, andother operational records as required.
