Full Time INDUSTRIAL MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in NONWOVEN PRODUCT INDUSTRIES (M) SDN BHD Perak - Maukerja

The Mechanical Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing machinery used in nonwoven product manufacturing. The role also includes upkeep of factory machineries, facilities, equipment, and surrounding areas to ensure smooth operations, safety, and efficiency. This position is not limited to machine repair but covers overall maintenance and continuous improvement of the plant. Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, servicing, and repair of nonwoven production machinery
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Carry out maintenance on factory facilities, building structures, and utilities
• Maintain and service tools, equipment, and production support systems
• Ensure all machinery and equipment operate in safe and optimal condition
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation
• Assist in maintenance planning, scheduling, and inventory control (spare parts)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce breakdowns
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
• Perform general maintenance work for factory environment and surroundings

Assist in any ad-hoc tasks or projects related to factory operations

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
