Job Description
Maintain vanilla plants and farm areas
Assist with planting, pruning, watering, weeding, grass cutting, and harvesting
Assist with food production, packaging, labelling, inventory, and order preparation
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards
Prepare and assist with customer deliveries
Handle collections, stock movements, and logistical arrangements
Support bazaars, exhibitions, pop-ups, and promotional activities
Set up displays, introduce products, and engage customers
Assist the founder with daily business operations
Identify tasks that need attention and take initiative
Support different departments whenever required
Job Requirements
Adaptability & Initiative: Strong sense of responsibility, proactive approach to problem-solving, and willingness to take initiative in daily tasks
Communication & Teamwork: Good interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with customers and team members
Physical Capabilities: Comfortable with hands-on physical labour, outdoor farm work, and standing for extended periods
Flexibility: Open to supporting occasional weekend events or pop-ups when scheduled
Driving License: Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is an advantage (for handling deliveries and logistics)
