Full Time Internal Audit Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,000 in Peluang Kristal Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a risk-based annual audit plan covering all corporate office departments and business segments.
• Systematically review company compliance with internal policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), statutory requirements and risk management guidelines.
• Define audit scopes, objectives, resource allocation and audit testing procedures for each assignment.
• Manage and perform full scope audits across core operational areas as per Annual Internal Audit Plan (AIAP).
• Proactively identify operational constraints, process gap, internal control weaknesses and potential fraud risks.
• Conduct special audits or investigations as directed by Management.
• Manage and Supervise the Senior Auditors and Auditors
• Draft comprehensive audit reports containing roor-cause analysis, risk ratings and actionable, business focused recommendations.
• Prepare periodic audit reports and presentation packs for auditee and management.
• Liaise with various departments on audit findings.
• Establish a systematic tracking framework to monitor audited departments in implementing agreed corrective actions within specific deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of working experience (risk management, corporate governance, administration, or internal audit and assurance).
• In-depth understanding of COSO framework, imternal control methodologies and risk assessment.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving skills.
• Unwavering ethical standards and professional independence.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
