Full Time Sourcing Specialist (Manufacturing - Procurement) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Position : Sourcing Specialist (Manufacturing / Procurement)

• Location : Jurong / Pioneer, Singapore

• Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday to Friday, 7.42am to 5.00pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Up to $7200

• Duration : 6-months Contract

• Industry : Manufacturing / Engineering / Procurement / Supply Chain

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies for assigned categories.

• Manage direct and indirect procurement, supplier performance and supply continuity.

• Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, payment terms and delivery requirements.

• Conduct spend analysis, costing reviews and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Source alternative suppliers and manage supply chain risks.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations and suppliers on material requirements.

• Resolve supplier quality issues, invoice disputes and delivery discrepancies.

• Conduct supplier audits, performance reviews and compliance checks.

• Maintain sourcing records, procurement reports and ERP data.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sourcing or procurement experience.

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or industrial procurement will be advantageous.

• Knowledge of direct and indirect sourcing, supplier management and cost analysis.

• Strong negotiation, commercial analysis and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in supplier audits, contract negotiations and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems will be advantageous.

• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
