Responsibilities

• Design and build complex dashboards and reports from scratch using Databricks-based data platforms.
• Develop and optimise data pipelines, datasets, and data models.
• Migrate existing dashboards and reporting solutions from Azure Synapse to Databricks.
• Engage with business users to understand, analyse, and document reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, governance, and scalability.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics / BI.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Hands-on expertise in Databricks, SQL, Python/PySpark, and Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience designing and developing end-to-end dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Proven experience migrating reports/dashboards from Azure Synapse or similar platforms to Databricks.
• Strong data modelling, ETL, and analytical problem-solving skills.
