Caya Academy is looking for a creative and proactive individual to join our team!

If you enjoy creating social media content, editing videos and have a good eye for visuals, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Create social media posts, graphics and promotional materials.
• Shoot and edit short-form and long-form videos.
• Assist with social media management and content planning.
• Capture photos and videos during events, workshops and activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support when needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Creative with a strong eye for design and visual storytelling.
• Good video editing skills and familiarity with editing software.
• Comfortable using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
• Familiar with social media platforms and content trends.
• Responsible, organised and willing to take initiative.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

A portfolio showcasing your previous designs, photography or video editing work would be a plus.
